Head-cutter

Our machine is based on that the machine is adapting to the fish size and threw this achieving maximum yield in the head cutting.

The Increased yield in packs is 2-3% more then other head cutters and then this machine also processes the fish head in to 2 or 3 pieces.

  • Faces (Cheese and tongue)
  • Upper part of the head and the gills
  • Head cutting with or without collar bone

The head-cutter has a capacity of 30 – 35 fish per minute.
